We are now looking for an Order Management Intern, Spanish or Italian Speaker to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland. The position is offered under a contract of mandate, with part-time or full-time options available.

What you will do
Provide supply chain support in Order Management role
Take care of orders' correctness based on new and archived data
Monitor alerts
Make simple system movements
Ensure timely replies to e-mails
Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders
Support Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases
Who you are
You are a student / You have a relevant university degree or basic experience in customer service or order processing
You are willing to learn UPM culture, processes and organization
You are willing to work with Sales Force and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of Order Fulfilment and Order Management tools (e.g. SAP, Sales Force, GMES) would be an asset
You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
You are a team-oriented person and good networker
You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
You are fluent in English, with additional fluency in Spanish or Italian
