What You Will Do

The Order Management Associate handles the maintenance of distributor orders in the order management system. In addition, they handle all inquiries pre-order booking and after the order has been booked. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receive purchase orders from distributors and enter orders into order management system.
  • Handle reprint of documents, price, and availability requests from distributors.
  • Assist with discrepancies for electronic order resolution.
  • Provide follow-up on orders to ensure that ​shipment is delivered per agreed upon terms (time, quality, price, ​and logistics, etc.).
  • Provide support and solutions to resolve delays in delivery, price discrepancies, and part number changes.
  • Process additional transactions such as expedites, documents, reprints, creation of certificates of compliance, and other documentation required by customers.

What You Will Bring

  • Required Education: High school degree or GED equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with management.
