What You Will Do
The Order Management Associate handles the maintenance of distributor orders in the order management system. In addition, they handle all inquiries pre-order booking and after the order has been booked. Key responsibilities include:
- Receive purchase orders from distributors and enter orders into order management system.
- Handle reprint of documents, price, and availability requests from distributors.
- Assist with discrepancies for electronic order resolution.
- Provide follow-up on orders to ensure that shipment is delivered per agreed upon terms (time, quality, price, and logistics, etc.).
- Provide support and solutions to resolve delays in delivery, price discrepancies, and part number changes.
- Process additional transactions such as expedites, documents, reprints, creation of certificates of compliance, and other documentation required by customers.
What You Will Bring
- Required Education: High school degree or GED equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and negotiate resolution with management.
