Responsibilities & Duties

  • Reviews and addresses aging orders associated with late or incomplete vendor POs, extended product ETAs, unavailable inventory or similar issues impacting timely receipt and shipment of customer orders
  • Accurately updates and maintains internal awaiting inventory tracking documents based on operational timelines and process to ensure all entries are up to date
  • Utilizes Konkord and vendor provided detail to update incorrect or outdated product lead times
  • Assists in reviewing and submitting assigned vendor purchase orders via the CORESense PO builder as well as vendor web portals
  • Actively resources OOS SKUs to meet customer SLA
  • Uses vendor ETA and fill rate data to reconcile open items, following up with DC and vendor teams for resolution
  • Ensures all daily JIT and DS POs are submitted in full and ahead of all critical cut off times with the PO builders cleared in full each day
  • Utilizes PO confirm data in both the OMT / Purchasing inbox, Konkord and actively reaches out to vendors to gather missing information
  • Utilizes vendor online portals as well as UPS / FedEx online reporting to gather drop ship and inbound PO tracking information to update ETAs and the drop ship tracking log for post back
  • Field and respond to all emails or inquiries that come into the purchasing inbox

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years Purchasing, Fulfillment or Supply Chain related experience preferred
  • 2+ years CORESEense WMS experience preferred
  • 1+ year logistics or operations experience preferred
  • Proficient in data utilization and reporting in SIGMA or similar database suites
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation

  • $20.00+/hr depending on experience 
  • Quarterly Bonus Opportunity of $750
