The Position

Location: Guatemala, Panama OR Costa Rica

At Roche, we are committed to advancing science to ensure everyone has access to the healthcare they need. As our new Order Management and Logistics Specialist, you will join our Diagnostics team in Central America, the Caribbean, and Venezuela to ensure our life-saving products reach our customers through seamless supply chain operations.

You will play a vital role in providing optimal service while navigating complex international trade environments.

The Opportunity

• Own the end-to-end Order Management process for Direct Delivery markets, including processing purchase orders and managing invoicing.

• Ensure transportation availability and monitor lead times to guarantee on-time delivery to our customers and distributors.

• Maintain constant communication with partners to provide an optimal level of service and proactive solutions to process disruptions.

• Manage export compliance and ensure the appropriate handling of sensitive products across the region.

• Support distributors with demand and supply forecasting to maintain healthy inventory levels.

• Drive digital transformation by promoting and implementing e-ordering solutions for customers and distributors.

• Oversee instrument handling, including system registration, asset capitalization, and timely delivery or de-installation.

• Collaborate with finance teams to process credit/debit notes and ensure accurate accounting conciliations in SAP.
   

Who you are

• You hold a University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or a related field.

• You possess professional experience in Order Management or International Trade.

• You are highly proficient in SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office.

• You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.

• You are an analytical problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Preferred

• Experience working with cross-functional networks or squads across Latin America.

• Proven ability to lead by influence and benchmark best practices beyond the core organization.
