THE ROLE

As a Senior Analyst, Order Management, you will secure the critical bridge between contract execution and revenue realization by ensuring all customer subscriptions are accurately validated, provisioned, and invoiced. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate deeply with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Collections to accelerate our quote-to-cash velocity. Your mission is to scale our global billing operations, turning complex contract structures into seamless, reliable customer expansions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own the Quote-to-Cash Workflow: Validate executed sales orders and establish accurate subscription billing schedules, directly protecting revenue integrity and ensuring customers experience seamless account expansions.

  • Drive Service Provisioning: Sync with technical provisioning teams to initiate and expand customer services accurately and timely within the accounting ecosystem.

  • Champion Financial Accuracy & Compliance: Lead month-end completeness checks, minimize billing variances, and provide analytical audit support to protect Everpure's operational compliance.

  • Optimize Billing Systems & Scalability: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify system inefficiencies, test enhancements, and implement process improvements that scale the billing function for new product rollouts.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Order Management & Subscription Expertise: Proven capability navigating the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, contract reviews, and invoicing architectures within a SaaS or subscription-based environment.

  • Technical Systems Mastery: Hands-on proficiency utilizing advanced ERP and billing systems—specifically Salesforce (CPQ, Revenue Cloud) and NetSuite—alongside expert-level capabilities in data reconciliation and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resolution: Strong background collaborating with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to resolve complex billing escalations and drive alignment during high-pressure, peak operational periods like month- and quarter-end close.

  • Process Improvement & Audit Readiness: A track record of identifying workflow inefficiencies, supporting internal controls, and implementing process enhancements to support rapid organizational scaling.

  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, UT office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$86,000$130,000 USD

  • Proven experience with end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, contract review, and subscription invoicing in a SaaS or subscription environment.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce (CPQ, Revenue Cloud) and NetSuite billing/ERP systems.
  • Expert-level capabilities in data reconciliation and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience driving service provisioning and coordinating with technical provisioning teams to ensure accurate account setups.
  • Experience leading month-end and quarter-end close activities, financial completeness checks, and minimizing billing variances.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, Collections, and Finance to resolve complex billing escalations.
  • Track record of identifying workflow inefficiencies, supporting internal controls, and implementing process improvements for scalability and audit readiness.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site from the Lehi, UT office per company policy.
