Order Handling Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support and order-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
The work model for the role is: hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH
This role is contributing to the ELSB / ELSP commercial operations function in the Americas. Main stakeholders are Hub Leadership, Marketing and Sales, regional leaders and customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Focusing on achievement of defined targets:
Strict execution of Cancellation and Returns policy for Regional distribution Centers.
Support Order Handling Manager with Feeder Factory audit and control of Customer Service policies.
Monitor and drive performance of Order fulfillment KPIs including: manual Order entry, Order cycle time, Case resolution time, Cancellation reductions and other opex targets.
Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
Acting as the first point of contact for Distributors and OEM's.
Supporting efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools (PowerBI and Salesforce).
Qualifications for the role
You are engaged in Customer Service and Operations with and interest in the Electrification market
You have 2+ years of experience in order Handling and Customer Service roles
Highly adept in Order Fulfillment processes with an interest of working with Business Intelligence tools to enhance customer experience.
You are at ease communicating in English both written and verbal
