Order Entry Employee

Role Summary:

We have good news! There is a position available in our Order-Entry Team. Which means that you are welcome to join our company as Administrative Assistant.

Flowserve BV, located in Roosendaal, specializes in supplying valves for the oil, gas and chemical industry, among others. A large part of these valves are automated in our workshop based on customer specifications. Our products have a high-quality standard.

Together with your three direct colleagues you will be responsible for processing incoming request from our customers through the Benelux. Almost daily you will be in direct contact with our customers. Throughout the day you will handle technical information and deal with technical staff. Therefore we are keen on teaching you everything you need to know to be able to assist both customers and colleagues.

Your Role:
As an Order Entry employee, you will work in a small team of enthusiastic people.

• Reviewing orders for completeness

• Matching orders with quotations

• Discussing orders with the Technical Support and Inside Sales departments

• Enter customer orders in SAP

• Sending order confirmations

• Telephone or e-mail contacts with customers

• Creating pre-notifications for return of goods

• Creation of credit and/or debit notes

• Correcting invoices

• Handling incoming calls

Your Profile:

This is the perfect role for you if you feel at home in a technical environment. Having technical affinity is useful to quickly understand what we do as a company but is not a mandatory requirement. What we believe is more important is that you like working in a small team. Proactively helping out your colleagues is never an issue for you. You value strong collaboration and being responsible for your team performance. You treat our customers with a consistent high level of service, even in busy times. Furthermore you have:

• Secondary vocational education (MBO)

• Experience with order handling

• Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel

• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing is mandatory

• Mastery of the French language is an advantage

• Be able to work accurately under pressure

• Affinity with technology

• Customer-oriented
