DuPont is looking for an Entry Order Associate to join our Customer Service team in Reynosa, MX. This position will be primarily responsible for contract review of purchase orders, perform order entry into QAD system. This position will also interact with the Customer Service team located in Missouri/US

Your key responsibilities:

• Contract review of purchase orders per Inside Sales’ work instruction
• Order Entry into QAD database
• Run customer credit card information to verify payment when applicable
• Upload customer PO and related documents into OneNote
• Initiate New Item Process through engineering database
• Maintain QAD data integrity (cross reference, master comments, etc.)
• Process order changes when applicable.
• Process customer complaints when applicable

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.  Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work both as an individual and as a team contributor
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• English skills required.
