Roku’s Supply Chain Operations team ensures the seamless flow of products from factory to customer. From manufacturing to delivery, we collaborate across planning, logistics, NPI, and order management to deliver high-quality consumer electronics efficiently and cost-effectively. As part of this team, you’ll work in a proactive, fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order & Supply Chain Management Specialist to help manage end-to-end order fulfillment and supply coordination. In this role, you'll serve as a key link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, optimized inventory, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:- Manage and process customer orders with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timely execution
- Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess inventory
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer order updates, delivery timelines, and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Analyze order and supply chain performance, generate reports, and identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service to drive seamless operations
- Support the transition from current to future-state supply processes, including system and procedural enhancements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all order and logistics activities
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in order management or supply chain operations—consumer electronics a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills, especially in customer-facing situations.
- Familiarity with ERP and order management tools (NetSuite experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel and data-driven problem solving.
