As the Order Administrator in Cluj-Napoca, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will act as a key link between customers and internal teams, supporting the full order lifecycle while contributing to efficient operations and continuous improvement within the Customer Care team for Pressure Management department in Europe.

Process customer orders in ERP systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
Review and validate order details, ensuring all commercial and customer requirements are correctly captured
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Finance, Trade Compliance) and communicate with customers to ensure smooth order execution
Maintain and update customer data and ensure consistency of information across ERP, CRM, and other systems
Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate shipments to meet customer expectations
Identify and implement solutions when standard order fulfillment cannot meet customer requirements
Manage order acknowledgments, documentation, and archiving in compliance with company policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate, up-to-date order records, including handling changes

Experience in order processing, customer support, or commercial operations within a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) and good digital skills (MS Office, data entry tools)
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional or virtual teams
Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment
Exposure to customer care or order management processes in a technical or manufacturing industry
Knowledge of additional European languages
Interest in process improvement and data quality initiatives
