In this Role, your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of multi-BU orders into the ERP system; 
• Check trade compliance issues for each order
• Generate order acknowledgements 
• Expedite factories and make sure items are delivered on-time and complete
• Keep close contact with internal customers/Sales Office to inform of any delays and problems
• Keeps the Sales Office informed at all times of the status of all orders and provides correct and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders
• Provide constant status updates to European Sales Offices
• Conduct data management activities using the ERP system
• Maintain accurate and updated Business Systems (CRM, OCM, etc)
• Follow up on orders to make sure they are produced and shipped on time
• Manage the common mailbox and ensure all emails are actions in a timely manner
• Collaborates with internal departments (Finance, Trade Compliance, Order Management) to resolve any issues related to disputes, trade compliance holds, or other situations that may block orders at any stage of execution.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum experience in a similar role (sales support / order entry / administrative);
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work with virtual and remote teams;
