Job Title: Order Admin Representative
Location: Bracknell
Reports to: Finance Manager
Job Overview:
- Order processing of orders from Indirect Channel Partners (CCPS) in new SFDC fronted system.
- Liaise with Order Management dept to assist with any issues faced by CCPs.
- Ensure timely process of orders.
- Assist Cadence VAR Sales Admin team with all order processing by liaising with CCPs and Cadence Quote to Cash Team as required.
Job Qualifications:
- Experienced in order processing
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to interface with other departments
- Experienced with databases/CRM systems – SFDC experience preferred
- Experienced in Software Business preferred (but not essential)
