Working pattern: We offer a flexible, hybrid working model designed to give you the best of both worlds. Currently, this role is based in our London head office three days a week (Monday and Thursday core days), with the remaining two days worked from home.
The Orchestration Team sits within the Digital Team who are responsible for online customer experience across the website and the app, working closely with Product and Trade teams to drive Digital growth and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Prioritisation: Own the new demand prioritisation process (for changes to web, app and online services) through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, triaging incoming Digital requests to ensure alignment and efficiency across business areas
Planning Cycle Facilitation: Facilitate and drive quarterly and annual planning cycles across Digital and the wider business, maintaining an up-to-date roadmap and communicating plan updates clearly
Optimising Ways of Working: Proactively seek out opportunities to optimise ways of working within Digital, thinking innovatively about solutions and drawing on your network to execute change across Product and Delivery teams
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Establish and own strong relationships as the key Digital point of contact, ensuring cross-functional alignment, shared visibility of plans, and effective triage
Strategic Leadership & Recommendations: Develop and articulate recommendations for leadership on viable plan changes to proactively drive decision-making and unlock maximum value for customers and the Partnership.
Essential skills/experience you’ll need
Planning & Facilitation Leadership: Proven facilitation, planning, and organisational skills, with a track record of providing clarity, leading through ambiguity, and driving annual/quarterly planning cycles
Digital & Channel Transformation: Experience driving customer-facing change across digital and physical channels to unlock commercial value
Communication: Strong communication skills, tailored to a range of audiences, effectively listening and then conveying
Stakeholder Management & Influence: Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups, with strong communication skills tailored to convey clear messages across all levels
Collaboration & Decision Making: Advanced ability to gather viewpoints, evaluate options to form informed outcomes, and work seamlessly across functions to coordinate cross-functional ways of working.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
Data & Tooling Proficiency: Proficiency in Jira, Tableau, and other data visualisation tools.
