We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise Oracle applications. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical professional with extensive experience delivering scalable Oracle EBS solutions, driving complex integrations, and leading technical initiatives in enterprise environments.
As an Oracle EBS Technical Lead, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and developers to design and implement robust Oracle EBS solutions. You will be responsible for developing customizations, managing integrations, supporting production environments, and ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of Oracle EBS applications. A significant aspect of this role includes leading Oracle Advanced Collections telephony and CTI integrations while ensuring seamless communication between Oracle EBS and enterprise telephony platforms.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, development, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite applications with a primary focus on Advanced Collections (IEX) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle EBS solutions including RICEW objects, PL/SQL packages, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher reports, workflows, and interfaces.
- Build and support integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services, and SOA-based integration frameworks.
- Implement and maintain Oracle EBS security by managing responsibilities, roles, menus, user access, and security configurations.
- Lead Oracle Advanced Collections telephony and CTI integration initiatives, including Oracle Universal Work Queue (UWQ), Advanced Outbound Telephony (AOT), click-to-dial functionality, screen pop, call tracking, agent configuration, and dialing rules.
- Integrate Oracle Advanced Collections with enterprise telephony platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or similar CTI solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize application performance, and ensure high system availability.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Review technical designs, establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor technical team members.
- Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to enterprise best practices.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Lead or Senior Oracle EBS Technical Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.x, preferably R12.2.x, with deep knowledge of Advanced Collections (IEX)and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflows, and Concurrent Programs.
- Extensive experience building Oracle EBS integrations using APIs, Open Interfaces, Web Services, and SOA technologies.
- Strong experience managing Oracle EBS security, user roles, responsibilities, menus, and access controls.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Advanced Collections Telephony and CTI integrations, including UWQ, AOT, click-to-dial, screen pop, call activity tracking, and dialing rule configurations.
- Experience integrating Oracle EBS with enterprise telephony platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, or equivalent CTI solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills in enterprise Oracle environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership abilities with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality Oracle EBS solutions in complex enterprise environments.
