Job Description: Solutions Architecture Consultant (Oracle Symphony)

Our client is deploying the Oracle Symphony POS and its back-office suite across international markets. This role supports the configuration, integration, and documentation of Symphony for franchisees in Latin America, ensuring the platform is adapted to our client’s global architecture and regional operational needs. This is a highly autonomous role for someone smart, self-managed, fast-learning, and capable of understanding how different technical pieces fit together end-to-end.

Responsibilities
  • Oracle Symphony Configuration & Optimization: Learn in depth how Oracle Symphony POS and back office are configured. Identify the best configuration options for each franchisee/market and ensure consistency across all LATAM deployments with Global Standards.
  • Integration Oversight: Understand and support integrations with nPOS, Mobile apps, Web/app ordering, Kiosks, Payment providers, Fiscal solutions, and Legacy systems (ERP, Inventory, Loyalty, CRM). Connect the dots across specialized Oracle consultants.
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Write and define solutions as the team develops them, documenting decisions end-to-end. Maintain and update documentation to ensure franchisees and internal teams can follow the evolution of the deployment.
  • Global Menu Management: Support global menu management within Oracle Symphony. Create and maintain products, combos, condiments, and menu structures, collaborating with markets for price and localization consistency.
  • Collaboration & Oversight: Work directly with the Director of Solutions Architecture - Restaurant Tech and Senior Manager for EMEA. Coordinate work from the Oracle implementation team and support potential resource onboarding.
Requirements
  • Profile: Very smart, quick to learn complex systems, and fully self-managed. Able to understand the full technical picture and help define solutions rather than just executing instructions.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of system integrations and APIs. Knowledge of JavaScript or C# (Symphony supports both; new features lean to JS).
  • English: Advanced English Required.
  • Experience: Understanding of POS systems in general or experience in QSR/restaurant tech preferred.
  • Hours: Ability to work within Standard Brazil business hours.
