Supply Chain consultants at Huron will support clients in their digital transformation journey by bringing industry best practices and integrating them with the power of the Oracle Fusion SCM SaaS application. Individuals at this level will be responsible for understanding clients' current ('As-Is') processes and aligning or transforming them within the Oracle Fusion SCM application.
They are expected to have end-to-end process knowledge of at least two key supply chain processes, such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Plan-to-Build. Additionally, consultants will contribute to internal initiatives by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and training materials to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing. Individual will lead various sales pursuits from SCM persona.
Consultants should collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams and possess a strong technical acumen to evaluate and promote the use of AI and ML in various aspects of the supply chain.

  • 9-12 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with expertise in at least two of the following modules: Order Management, CHRM, Planning and Pricing
  • Minimum of two SCM project implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with BPM.
  • Ability to lead fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and training.
  • Ability to independently manage the SCM track, interact with clients, and conduct business requirement and training sessions.
  • Experience conducting CRP, UAT & SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing SCM Cloud, configuring workflows, issue resolution, and customization across modules.
  • Thorough knowledge of end-to-end P2P or O2C cycle and Supply Chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and strong client-facing skills.
  • Experience working with Oracle support for issue resolutions.
  • Experience in SCM data upload/migration (FBDI & ADFDi) and resolving related issues.
  • Experience supporting period closure activities.
  • High-level knowledge of end-to-end integrations between SCM modules and other modules (e.g., Projects, Procurement, Financials, HCM).
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
