Overview
The Oracle Supply Chain Management Analyst will play a key role in the Supply Chain Solutions Delivery Group, part of the Business Systems organization at Trimble. This individual will primarily work with the Oracle EBS 12.2.10 platform, focusing on solution delivery, enhancement implementation, and support issue resolution for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and related supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancement initiatives, manage projects, and provide ongoing system support.
Lead and participate in all stages of project implementation, including business analysis, testing, architecture, solution design, and delivery.
Work closely with Global Process Owners to analyze and optimize business processes, delivering simple and effective solutions with minimal customizations.
Identify, document, and assess business requirements, advising stakeholders on prioritization, best-in-class practices, and cost-benefit analysis of various solutions.
Work on incidents and enhancement requests related to Order to Cash and Procure to Pay modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Service Contracts, Installed Base, and financial integrations (AR, AP, GL), as well as Purchasing, iProcurement, and iSupplier.
Collaborate with development teams to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth system functionality.
Serve as a key liaison between business end-users and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
Champion best practices in both business process management and technology implementation.
Required Skills & Expertise
Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, including Order Management, Pricing, PIM, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Service Contracts, Installed Base, AR, Purchasing, iProcurement, and iSupplier, along with integration with financial modules such as GL, AR, and AP.
Strong experience with integrations across EBS and third-party systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global business environments.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
Team player with a flexible approach, conflict resolution skills, and experience working with global teams.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
Education & Experience
8–10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Order to Cash and Procure to Pay modules.
Strong expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2.5+ with a solid understanding of SQL/PL/SQL.
Experience working with the Jira Software/Service Desk ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience in the manufacturing industry within SCM/Manufacturing functions is preferred.
