Job Description: Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Siebel Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Siebel CRM solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data modeling, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Siebel applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation of Siebel solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Manage Siebel configurations, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within the Siebel environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
8 to 12 years of experience in Siebel CRM, with a strong focus on technical architecture and implementation.
In-depth knowledge of Siebel tools, scripting, and administration.
Experience with integration technologies such as EAI, EIM, and Java web services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
