Job DescriptionWe are looking for a colleague who would join the Oracle Siebel Team and help us develop and deliver solutions that create value for our business users. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Supporting, maintaining and developing Oracle Siebel CRM solutions
- Analysing, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents and production issues
- Gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into system functionality and technical solutions
- Designing and implementing system enhancements and change requests
- Working with Oracle databases and PL/SQL code
- Supporting integrations between Siebel and surrounding enterprise systems
- Providing technical expertise for system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation
- Cooperating with distributed international teams
Required for this position:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CRM Siebel development (Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflow) with production support responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Siebel Tools (Business Objects, Business Components, Applets, Views)
- Proficiency in Siebel eScript, Workflow, and EAI (Integration Objects, Web Services – SOAP/REST)
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database technologies (12c/19c)
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL development
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and system functionality
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
Would be an advantage:
- Knowledge of Order Management, billing and procurement processes
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of integration architectures and enterprise systems (ERP, ESB, APIs)
- Experience with Siebel Open UI and modern front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager)
- Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
