• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) across AMS, Support, or Implementation projects
.• Strong functional expertise in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Data Hub (SDH), Customer Data Hub (CDH), and Service Contracts (preferred).
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Hands-on experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and coordinating with technical teams for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Strong experience in L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), change requests, and Oracle Service Request (SR) management.
• Good understanding of Oracle APIs, Interfaces, Concurrent Programs, and data flow across Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and integration between SCM and Finance modules. • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
