We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Configuration Analyst to join our global HR Technology team. This role focuses on the end-to-end configuration and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), ensuring a high-quality experience for users across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate is a technical-functional professional who can navigate the complexities of Oracle Verified Integrations (OVI), write Fast Formulas, and apply Design Thinking to solve business problems. You will work with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions while ensuring seamless integration with Core HR.
Responsibilities1. ORC Configuration & Global Support
- Execute the configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for various global regions, including Job Requisitions, Candidate Selection Processes (CSP), and Career Sites.
- Support and maintain Oracle Verified Integrations (OVI) with third-party vendors for background checks, assessments, and other recruiting services.
Perform root-cause analysis for system defects and manage the end-to-end resolution process.
2. Quarterly Release Management & Innovation
Proactively monitor and analyze Oracle’s quarterly release notes (e.g., 24A, 24B) to identify new features, bug fixes, and mandatory changes affecting ORC, Core HR, and Talent Management.
Lead the impact assessment and regression testing for each release to ensure global configurations and integrations remain stable.
Consult with HR stakeholders on "Opt-in" features that can drive process improvement and candidate experience enhancements.
3. Technical Execution (Fast Formulas & Tools)
- Write and debug Fast Formulas to support complex business logic, such as custom eligibility rules and automated offer letter validations.
- Develop HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports to support recruiting data needs.
- Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migrations and mass updates.
4. Solution Design & User Experience
- Use Design Thinking principles to understand user pain points and contribute to the design of intuitive workflows for recruiters and candidates.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and provide recommendations based on Oracle "Best Practices."

5. Cross-Module Integration
- Support the integration between ORC and Core HR to ensure a smooth "Hire-to-Onboard" process.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Talent Management (Performance, Goals, and potential Succession) to ensure a unified employee profile.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations or significant support experience in ORC across multiple countries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Recruiting, Recruiting Booster and Onboarding business processes.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to write Fast Formulas and experience managing OVI vendor integrations.
- Release Management: Demonstrated experience managing the Oracle quarterly update cycle, including testing and feature adoption.
- Design Mindset: Familiarity with Design Thinking or user-centric design methodologies.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR and Talent Management modules.
- Proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and SQL.
- Oracle Cloud HCM functional certifications.
- Automated test scripts like TOSCA

This position is a salary grade 8.
This position is leadership level 8 and ranges from $115,000-$192,900.
