Job Summary: Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to fulfill a technical role in the IT area. The PeopleSoft Developer will work closely with Payroll, Finance & Business Analyst to perform Technical analysis for designing solutions, Development of existing systems i.e. Interfaces, reports, enhancements, bug fixing etc. and serve as an IT Technical point person for addressing issues relating to PeopleSoft HCM /Payroll Must have: ..4+ years of experience of PeopleSoft technical development ..Experience on Major & Complex Developments, enhancements, production support etc. in the Payroll functions. ..Experience in developing conversions, interfaces, extensions, customizations and reports, to address client requirement. ..Expertise in Application Designing, Application Packages, People Code, Application Engine, Workflow, Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). ..Excellent skills in Debugging and optimizing SQL statements within Query, SQR, and Application Engine. ..Experience in enhancements in the areas of Timekeeping, Benefits, Query Tool and/or People Tools is a plus ..Analysis and resolution of technical issues in configurations, setups, interfaces and integrations, report generation, etc ..Must have developed re-usable application components using PeopleCode technology that was adopted across multiple projects. ..Excellent written & Oral communication skills Good to have: ..Experience in Kronos, Infor etc. ..Experience with US clients ..Good awareness of SDLC and peer reviews etc. ..Experience & knowledge of tools & accelerator on code correction, rectification etc. ..Experience in the integration of PeopleSoft with other applications such as SAP etc. ..Experience in MS-Access, BI Publisher etc

- 4+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience
- Experience with major and complex developments, enhancements, and production support in Payroll

- Strong debugging and SQL optimization skills within Query, SQR, and Application Engine

- Developed reusable PeopleCode components adopted across multiple projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in enhancements for Timekeeping, Benefits, Query Tool, and/or PeopleTools
