  • Support and administer Oracle PeopleSoft environments, including PeopleTools, FSCM, HCM, and related modules.
  • Perform environment refreshes, patching, upgrades, and system configuration activities while minimizing downtime and operational impact.
  • Develop reusable, scalable, and secure Azure DevOps pipelines for application builds, code migrations, Data Mover scripts, Change Assistant activities, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) deployments.
  • Manage end-to-end release and deployment processes to ensure successful and timely application delivery.
  • Coordinate deployment schedules with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to reduce risk and improve release outcomes.
  • Implement and maintain version control practices using Git or Azure Repos.
  • Enforce best practices for code promotion, branching strategies, merging processes, and approval workflows.
  • Monitor deployment pipelines and system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Investigate deployment and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Ensure deployment processes comply with organizational security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Implement secure credential management, role-based access controls, and audit-ready deployment procedures.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to support delivery objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for DevOps practices within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, deployment efficiency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or ARM templates preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices preferred.
  • Understanding of Oracle databases, SQL, and performance tuning concepts preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex deployment activities in fast-paced environments.
