Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle NetSuite NSPB Consultant to support the design, configuration, and delivery of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and planning solutions. This role will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, build planning models, configure forms and reports, support data integrations, and troubleshoot application issues. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, strong FP&A process knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable planning solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Configure and support Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting applications.
Gather business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial planning.
Build and maintain forms, reports, dashboards, business rules, and planning workflows.
Support data loads, metadata updates, integrations, and reconciliation with NetSuite ERP.
Partner with Finance users to improve planning processes and system usability.
Troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and provide user training as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Oracle NetSuite NSPB / Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service.
Understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and management reporting.
Familiarity with NetSuite ERP dimensions such as subsidiaries, departments, classes, locations, and accounts.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
CPA is preferred
