- 10+ years in Middleware Development & Architecture
- 3–5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA Suite, WebLogic, API Gateway
- Proven experience in system integration across ERP, CRM, and Core Banking platforms
- Strong understanding of API management, connectivity agents, and integration patterns
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable middleware solutions aligned with business needs
- Lead the integration of enterprise systems, ensuring reliability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital workflows
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing integration processes
