Job Description:-
- At least 10 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
- At least 10 years of experience in Client engagement, people management
- At least 10years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
- Ability to manage technology and performance engineering
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principals
- Basic domain knowledge in RETAIL
- At least 4 years of experience in Retail Industry
- At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
- At least 4 years of experience in JDE World functional testing area.
- Al least 4 years of experience of testing with AS400 functional applications.
- Development experience in AS400 JDE world will be an added advantage.
- At least 4 years of experience or more in testing lifecycle, defect cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Ability to handle Ambiguity, diverse/ multiple stakeholders.

- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Basic Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
