The Role

Your impact
You will play a vital role on the Human Resources team, working collaboratively as well as independently leading projects and maintaining Oracle Cloud HCM. Reporting to the Manager, HRIS, you will provide customer service support to employees for HR programs and provide HR system support to HR team members. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment that demands precision continuously.
The person in this role will be involved in many cross-functional projects, so you'll have lots of opportunity to learn about our portfolio of HR programs.
What you will do

  • Manage Oracle HCM jobs, areas of responsibility and document records
  • Convert pending workers to employees in Oracle HCM
  • Support employee exit process by reviewing and approving manager self-service actions and preparing exit packets
  • Review and approve employee and manager self-service actions
  • Manage exit, anniversary, engagement and pulse surveys in Qualtrics
  • Respond to ad hoc report requests
  • Assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, data reporting, and recommending process improvements
  • Assist with enhancing the functionality of tools for company-wide HR metrics and analytics
  • Support transactions and reorganization activities
  • Maintain user procedures, guidelines and documentation
  • Exhibit enterprise leadership consistently


Your required experience/skills

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in Business/Human Resources (an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR systems role
  • Strong demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • This role is subject to ITAR/EAR; candidates must be a US Person (this includes US Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Individual such as an asylee or refugee).
