Job Summary:
This role leads an offshore support team responsible for the ongoing stability, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud, including incident management, quarterly updates, P2T refreshes, and compliance activities. The position oversees the development of interfaces and reports, optimizes Oracle Cloud resource consumption, facilitates security reviews, and ensures all work aligns with Arconic’s IS standards and governance requirements. Additionally, this role partners with stakeholders to shape the strategic roadmap and drive adoption of emerging capabilities—such as Oracle AI—through engagement, education, and change‑management efforts.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
Lead an offshore support team to deliver ongoing support and preventative maintenance for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Manage development of new interfaces and reports, ensuring our architectural and coding standards are followed
Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and manage related audit and regulatory activities.
Coordinate quarterly updates, patches, and P2T (clone) refreshes across all non‑production and production environments.
Monitor and manage incident tickets and Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
Optimize Oracle Cloud utilization by monitoring and planning CSU allocation (pre-paid units of labor) and PaaS service consumption to maximize ROI.
Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and maintain a strategic roadmap for future projects and enhancements.
Operate within Arconic’s IS standards, conventions, and BU/RU IT requirements, ensuring all methodologies, support processes, and procedures are properly followed.
Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of Oracle AI capabilities through education, collaboration, and change‑management activities.
Facilitate security assessments and reviews for HR cloud applications and related solutions.
QualificationsYou have: (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related subject from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of practical Information Technology experience.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in leading several small to large projects, and demonstrate a solid understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and techniques.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Exceptional Candidates also have: (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (SaaS and PaaS) from previous experience.
- Familiarity with Scrum or other agile project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of governance and change management procedures in an IT environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong human relation skills, and able to interact with customers, vendors, other IS professionals, and GIS management.
- Be able to provide work direction to offshore project and support resources.
- Provide effective verbal and written communication skills.
