Key Responsibilities :
- This position will be responsible for doing analysis, design, build Unit testing and implementation of Oracle HCM cloud US Payroll
- Writing fast formulas
- Should have excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience.
- Should have exp. in client facing role and must have worked on Req. Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT etc.
- Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security setup is desired.
- Should have exp. in workflow configuration using BPM.
- Should have Global HR & Benefits implementation experience
- Absence, OTL and Benefit experience is big plus
Technical Experience : Experience in Oracle Cloud US Global Payroll, must have done at least 2 end-to-end implementation
