Your role, your impact
As an Oracle HCM Time & Labor (OTL) Lead Consultant, you’ll work on complex and high visibility OTL implementations across global clients, with a strong focus on US time and attendance requirements. You’ll lead end-to-end OTL solution design, configuration, integrations, and quarterly updates. Between project assignments, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancements, internal solutions, and process improvements.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day
Lead the design, build, and delivery of the Oracle Time & Labor Cloud module;
Execute full lifecycle OTL implementations, specifically for US-based clients;
Collaborate with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Costing teams for seamless module integration;
Manage and validate quarterly OTL product updates and releases;
Partner with technical teams to design OTL-related integrations, interfaces, and reports;
Conduct requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment;
Configure Time Entry Layouts, Validation Rules, Calculation Rules, and Workforce Compliance Rules;
Integrate OTL with biometric and clock-in/out devices using delivered REST APIs;
Support biometric and custom device integrations aligned with standard OTL functionality;
Build custom OTL reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP);
Address all functional and configuration queries related to Oracle Time & Labor.
Keys to your success
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent field;
6+ years of experience working with Oracle Time & Labor Cloud;
Strong hands-on expertise in OTL rules configuration (Time Entry, Validation, Calculation, Compliance);
Experience with Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Project Costing linkages;
Full lifecycle project experience, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment;
Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher for building custom OTL reports;
Deep understanding of OTL integrations, including biometric devices and REST APIs;
Strong client-facing skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
