Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Fresher
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Job Summary: We are seeking a trained Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate will possess Oracle certification and demonstrate proficiency in FastFormulas. This role requires hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Functional Modules and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management.

Develop and maintain FastFormulas to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Provide training and support to end-users for Oracle HCM modules.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM functionalities.

Document system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Certification in Oracle HCM is mandatory.

Training in Oracle HCM Functional Modules: Payroll, Core HR, and Absence Management with FastFormulas.
