This role is responsible for the end-to-end configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Compensation and Benefits modules. The individual will ensure accurate execution of compensation cycles and seamless benefits administration, aligned with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and global best practices.
The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on AMS support experience, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
6+ years of hands-on experience in End-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules
Strong AMS / production support experience
Hands-on in: Compensation cycles & salary planning, Benefits enrollment & lifecycle management, Incident, SR, and enhancement handling
Experience in Fast Formulas (Comp & Benefits)
Knowledge of integrations with Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Talent
Ability to work independently in client-facing environments
Configure and support Oracle Compensation & Benefits modules (end-to-end)
Manage compensation cycles: merit, bonus, promotions, adjustment
Configure plans, eligibility, workflows, worksheets, and budgets
Support benefits lifecycle: enrollment, life events, rates, dependents
Handle Open Enrollment and mid-year changes

Compensation Management
