Essential Functions:
- Provide techno-functional expertise in PMS, Compensation and Benefits module of Oracle Fusion
- Hands-on experience in configuration and setting up functionality.
- Work closely with internal and global business partners to gather requirements and design solutions and make sure to enable changes in global system.
- Enable reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource, staff, management, and other key stakeholders.
- Partner with C&B team to resolve issues.
- Generate ad hoc reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting business to enable Analytics/ reports.
- Ensure data integrity including audit of data and processes in respective modules.
- Understands functional HR processes within a regional/global scope.
- Assist in configuring systems in support of ongoing projects and enhancements.
- Analyzes business processes and provides guidance relative to technology enhancements and efficiencies.
- Maintains capabilities of current HR system platforms in alignment with business needs.
- Drive Start to End changes and support Testing, UAT and project migrations as an when required.
Education Requirements:
- Required | Bachelor's degree of Science
- Required | Minimum of 4-8 years’ techno Functional Experience in Compensation, PMS & Benefits module in Oracle Fusion
Experience Requirements:
