You will support day-to-day Oracle Fusion provisioning and security activities, helping ensure user access is established correctly, maintained consistently, and aligned with business needs.
Role OverviewAs the Oracle Fusion Provisioning Analyst, you will handle access provisioning and security administration activities across Oracle Fusion. You will work with business and IT partners to process access requests, maintain role assignments, resolve issues, and support documentation and control requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Process Oracle Fusion access requests, including user setup, updates, removals, and role assignments.
- Maintain security records and provisioning data with accuracy and consistency.
- Support the review and maintenance of roles, responsibilities, and access mappings based on business requirements.
- Investigate and resolve provisioning issues, access defects, and user support requests in a timely manner.
- Partner with functional teams, application support, and business stakeholders to clarify access needs and resolve questions.
- Assist with testing and validation of Oracle Fusion security changes, role updates, and related deployments.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for security procedures, access decisions, and process updates.
- Support access reviews, audit evidence collection, and other control-related activities as needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline provisioning tasks and reduce manual effort where possible.
- Own access outcomes with accountability, attention to detail, and a strong respect for confidentiality and control.

- Experience working in a large enterprise environment with high transaction volumes.
