The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Lead to lead offshore technical delivery for our HR Technology portfolio. This role will serve as the senior technical authority across Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), integrations, reporting, security, data platforms, and related HR technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deep Oracle expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale HR solutions. This individual will lead technical architecture, mentor development teams, drive innovation, and partner closely with onshore leaders, functional architects, and business stakeholders.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead development of integrations using OIC, APIs, Web Services, HCM Extracts, HDL, and middleware technologies.
- Serve as the offshore technical lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and HR technology platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.
- Review and approve technical designs, integrations, code, and deployment plans.
- Define and enforce technical standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery squads and initiatives.
- Lead technical delivery across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Learning, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Drive sprint planning, estimation, technical execution, and production readiness activities.
- Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and architectural debt.
- Lead, mentor, and develop offshore developers, analysts, and technical consultants.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching sessions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Build a high-performing engineering team capable of delivering enterprise-wide HR solutions.

Qualifications:
