Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & ORC Techno-Functional Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR solutions within a global onsite-offshore delivery model. You’ll leverage your expertise in Core HR configuration, Workforce Structures, Person Management, Journeys, Fast Formulas, approvals, security, data migration, and HCM technical capabilities to translate business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle solutions. Your ability to lead functional configurations, collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, support data migration and integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide hands-on technical and functional expertise will directly contribute to successful implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day
Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR functional configurations;
Configure and manage enterprise and workforce structures, person management, and related Core HR setups;
Design and configure Journeys, checklist templates, seniority dates, and Fast Formulas based on business requirements;
Configure approval workflows using BPM Worklist and support user experience enhancements through Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS);
Coordinate security requirements, including job roles, data roles, and data security configurations, in collaboration with security teams;
Work closely with onsite and offshore teams to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and maintain configuration and functional design documentation;
Collaborate with data conversion and technical teams on data migration, integrations, validation, reconciliation, and related implementation activities;
Support testing, deployment, environment management, and post-go-live activities across the solution lifecycle;
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, provide effective resolutions, and support the continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR solutions.
Keys to your success
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a strong focus on Core HR;
Proven experience delivering at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations;
Strong hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Core HR solutions, including enterprise and workforce structures, person management, journeys, and Fast Formulas;
Experience with HDL/HSDL data loading, Oracle HCM security, Redwood UI, and Visual Builder Studio (VBS);
Working knowledge of HCM integrations, data migration, data quality, validation, and reconciliation processes;
Experience working in a global onsite-offshore delivery model and supporting testing and deployment activities across the solution lifecycle;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and global delivery teams.
Extra edge
Functional exposure to additional Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning, Benefits, or Compensation;
Experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in global and multi-country environments, as well as post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives;
Experience with advanced Oracle HCM integrations and technical solutions, and experience working across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM environments and managing configuration migration activities;
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM data security and access design, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and the willingness and ability to work effectively within a global onsite-offshore delivery model.

Skills Required
