Position Overview: 

The Oracle Fusion ERP Logistics & Manufacturing Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of the company’s Supply Chain systems primarily Oracle ERP Fusion SCM.  This role requires a deep understanding of Supply Chain Systems such as Semiconductor Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation and Inventory Management.  The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong functional and technical background and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as inventory management, logistics, transportation and manufacturing.

  • Provide ongoing user support and troubleshooting.

  • Analyze business processes and requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

  • Translate business needs into system configurations.

  • Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with technical team members to develop necessary customizations, including reports, interfaces, and extensions.

  • Conduct system testing to ensure the solution meets business needs, including creating test scenarios and scripts, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and addressing any issues that arise.

  • Develop and deliver end-user training. Create user guides and documentation.

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • 8-10 years of experience in the Supply Chain process, with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP SCM.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules.

  • Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

  • Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value.

  • Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

  • Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
