Esko, a Veralto company, is undergoing a strategic transformation from legacy on-prem systems to a modern cloud-first architecture, including migration from MS AX to Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud & SFDC modernisation. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an experienced ERP Data Transition Architect to lead the design and execution of data preparation and migration activities, ensuring alignment with Oracle’s data model and business requirements.
This is an 8 to 10 month assignment, where a typical day will look like:
Lead the as-is vs to-be data mapping across core domains: customer, product, supplier, pricing, and financial master data
Define and validate target-state data structures required by Oracle ERP Fusion team
Collaborate with business stakeholders, ERP SI, and MDM implementation partner to align data migration strategy with ERP implementation timelines
Oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation activities to ensure readiness for migration
Establish governance checkpoints and quality controls for migrated datasets
Provide strategic input into the future-state data landscape, ensuring compatibility with Microsoft Fabric
The essential requirements for the role include:
Proven experience in ERP data migration, ideally to Oracle Fusion or similar cloud ERP platforms
Strong understanding of master data domains and enterprise data architecture
Familiarity with MDM frameworks, data governance, and Microsoft Fabric cloud data platform
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and drive consensus across business and technical teams
