Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant with deep expertise in the Grants and Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) modules for a long-term support engagement. This is a remote, full-time position focused on delivering expert support and consultancy for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, ensuring optimal functionality and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Grants and Financial modules

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Grants Management Project Portfolio Management (PPM), including project and award creation, budgeting, expenditure tracking, and reporting

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management

  • Develop functional specifications and solution design documents

  • Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), training, deployment, and post-go-live support

  • Assist in data migration, system integration, and reconciliation tasks during implementations or upgrades

  • Create and execute test cases to ensure system functionality and data integrity

  • Train end-users and develop user guides and training documentation

  • Work with technical teams on customizations, reports, integrations, and extensions

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud ERP functional issues

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Fusion Cloud ERP Grants Management and Financials

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design solutions that address client challenges

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials or Grants Management is a plus

  • Experience with BI Publisher, FBDI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, and Smart View

  • Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM) and integrations with grants

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards 

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. 

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor 

The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.​
