ASP Web Solutions has an opportunity for an Oracle Financials Management Systems Consultant.

Job Description:

Looking for an Oracle Financials consultant to perform the following roles & responsibilities:

100% Remote

Long term contract, CTH

Must have:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Oracle financial management systems consulting, including direct experience advising senior officials in a government or corporate finance setting.
• BS degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, MPA) preferred.
• Proven expertise in federal financial management, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills specific to financial operations, with the ability to address complex financial issues and provide sound recommendations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor information to executive-level audiences.
• Experience with federal financial regulations, federal financial systems, internal controls, and compliance frameworks; familiarity with federal financial management regulations such as OMB Circular A-123, the Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA), and others.

 
Skillset:

• Oracle Financial Systems Management knowledge and experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable improvements in financial performance, compliance, and efficiency.
