All about the role:
IT Manager, Finance & Controlling - Oracle, APAC & MEA is responsible for analyzing financial information of an area within the enterprise to assist in decision-making and assist with planning for the brand.
What you'll do:
- Represent 1. Handle implementation activities for Oracle financial applications ( GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Payments, EB-Tax )
- Responsible for diagnosing the functional issues in Oracle EBS R12 Financial applications live system.
- Play key role in live support team that will be involved in the on-going support for end-users.
- Provide timely and effective support for end-users and developing to maintain a helpdesk or support ticket system.
- Familiar with AIM/OUM Methodology in business processes.
- Lead the technical team to meet deliverables and manage stakeholders
- Efficiently resolve daily issues with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Expert in R12 Oracle Apps Financials (General Ledger, Account Receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management & EB-Tax)
- Experience in data conversions, interfaces, customizations and guide technical consultant for any required information.
- Coordinate with End Users, Technical Team & DBA Team
- Prepare Documentation related to functional consultant, Team Disburse & Client Disburse. (E.g. MD-50, BR-100…)
- Maintain project documentation and reduce manual data entry
- Provide user training, support, and Adoption in Project.
- Take a follow-up for service request.- Contributes to budget development
- Implements procurement policies and procedures, and sets guidelines
- Understand, communicate and enforce Electrolux Home Products policy as it pertains to supplier and internal issues.
- Support Group Category Team in the development & execution of a category strategy based around the Value Based Sourcing approach with deep and early engagement with suppliers, R&D and other cross functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- University Graduate in Accounting
- Minimum 5 year of experience in Oracle Applications Functional (EBS R12)
- Strong knowledge of Financials and P2P cycles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Languages: Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
- Three years’ Experience in implementation of Oracle EBS R12. Financial Applications
- Working Experience/Knowledge in IT skills and Oracle Workflow knowledge will be an asset including blue print design, business process analysis, mapping, configuration, integration, testing, training and production support.
- Good documentation, communication and writing skills.
- Good analytical skills, inquisitive, engaged, self-motivated & team player.
- Work Experience/knowledge of ORACEL AIM/OUM and documentation.
- Working experience/knowledge participation in data migration.
- Working experience/knowledge in conducting training courses based on the user roles (process owners, key-users and end-users).
- Working experience/knowledge in providing key and end-user post implementation field support.
- Working experience/knowledge in My Oracle Support, SR’s follows up, analyze and resolve related issues, identify needs for systems changes and improvements.
- Solid working experience in MS office.
