The Work:

As an Oracle Expense Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Expense solutions as part of broader Oracle ERP transformations. You will play a key role in ensuring compliant, user‑friendly, and scalable expense processes aligned to client policies and regulatory requirements. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Expenses Cloud, from requirements through design, build, testing, and deployment
  • Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Expense configurations, including policies, controls, and approvals
  • Advise clients on expense best practices, compliance, and process optimization
  • Configure expense policies, mileage, per diem, corporate card integrations, and approval workflows
  • Partner closely with Procure‑to‑Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Travel teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Support conferences, workshops, and design sessions with client stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor functional team members; support offshore/onshore delivery models
  • Participate in data conversion, testing (SIT/UAT), and post‑go‑live support activities
  • Contribute to solution governance, risk management, and issue resolution

Here’s What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
  • 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with strong hands‑on delivery of Oracle Expenses Cloud
  • Strong hands‑on experience delivering Oracle Expenses Cloud as part of Oracle ERP implementations
  • Solid understanding of Expense policy design, compliance controls, and audit requirements
  • Experience integrating Oracle Expenses with AP, GL, P2P, and Corporate Cards
  • Ability to lead client discussions and influence solutions at both functional and leadership levels
  • Experience working on large‑scale Oracle Cloud implementations
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions and third‑party card providers
  • Exposure to shared services or global expense rollouts
  • Oracle Cloud certifications (Oracle AI Studio, ERP, Financials, or Expenses)
  • Prior experience in consulting or client‑facing delivery roles

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
