The role
In the role of D365 Manager, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review/analyse requirements specifications from the business needs, support the creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and test.

Requirements
- Leading program management functions across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes – from early-stage assessments and discovery through to design, build, deployment and hypercare
- Driving pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes, define future-state vision and build the business case for Oracle Cloud adoption
- Manages all workstreams comprised of on- and off-shore resources of the project and is responsible for the overall delivery of the Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation programme
- Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies
- Use knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap and other Oracle offerings, along with industry guidance and leading practices to support the facilitation of executive level business decisions
- Inspire and develop junior colleagues and support their professional development
- Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
About You
You design and manage complete enterprise solutions. You demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen. You work as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in a major client organization. You will lead Infosys Consulting operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence. You are seen as a role model in the community.

Skills Required
- Lead program management across full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes (assessment through hypercare).
- Drive pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to define current-state, future-state, and business case.
- Manage multiple workstreams of onshore and offshore resources and be accountable for overall Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud delivery.
- Manage large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions aligned with design principles, standards and methodologies.
