Manage daily accounting in Oracle Financials, lead month- and year-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, ensure GST/TDS and US GAAP compliance, support audits, collaborate with IT on ERP issues, assist budgeting and fixed asset management, and mentor junior accountants.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with both local and US GAAP standards is an advantage.
- Internal candidates: minimum 1 year of strong performance at Mouser;
External candidates: minimum 2 years of relevant team leadership experience.
