- Manage daily accounting operations in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end close and financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and balance sheet schedules.
- Maintain compliance with Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS), US GAAP, and corporate policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot Oracle ERP issues and implement enhancements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain fixed asset, leasing, and insurance schedules.
- Provide guidance and training to junior accountants on Oracle processes and best practices.
- Liaise with external service providers for banking, payroll, audit, and legal services.
- Support taxation, legal, and company secretarial work.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with both local and US GAAP standards is an advantage.
- Internal candidates: minimum 1 year of strong performance at Mouser;
External candidates: minimum 2 years of relevant team leadership experience.
