Requirements
Role summary:
We are looking a person who can Support and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud FCCS solutions. Focus on close and consolidation processes,
configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and user support while partnering with Finance and IT
stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
∙Configure FCCS artifacts: dimensions/metadata, hierarchies, data forms, grids, dashboards, task
lists, and security.
∙Build and maintain data integration pipelines (e.g., Data Integration / EPM Automate) including
mappings, validations, and loads.
∙Support configuration of consolidation processes: currency translation, eliminations,
intercompany matching, journals, and rules.
∙Assist with testing activities: unit testing, SIT, UAT support, defect triage, and regression testing.
∙Produce and maintain documentation (solution design, config workbooks, runbooks, test scripts,
training materials).
∙Provide production support for FCCS close cycles (issue triage, break-fix, root cause analysis,
and resolution).
∙Monitor and remediate data load failures, mapping issues, rule execution errors, and performance
bottlenecks.
∙Implement minor enhancements and change requests (new accounts/entities, hierarchy updates,
forms, reports, rules).
∙Support month-end/quarter-end close activities, including user guidance and operational
checklists.
Required skills & experience:
∙Functional understanding of financial close and consolidation concepts (chart of accounts, entity
structures, FX translation, eliminations, intercompany).
∙Working knowledge of FCCS configuration (dimensions, forms, task lists, rules) and data
loads/integrations.
∙Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to translate finance issues into system fixes.
Nice-to-have:
∙Exposure to related Oracle EPM modules (PBCS/Planning, ARCS, EDMCS) or reporting tools
(Reports, Smart View).
∙Familiarity with EPM Automate, basic scripting, or release management practices.
∙Experience supporting close calendars and governance (runbooks, controls, audit evidence).
