The Consulting Senior Associate will also be responsible for:
• Develop and maintain project plans
• Leading internal and client project work-streams
• Translate business needs into practical solutions
• Build best practices within planning, forecasting and reporting processes and implementing new performance reporting, planning and forecasting processes within the Oracle EPM Cloud suite
• Design and build of Business Rules, DLR and Reports. Good knowledge of security and OCI access.
• Provide functional finance expertise coupled with technical knowledge in Oracle EPM suite
Requirements:
- At least 5-12 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud EPM - EPBCS/PBCS
- At least 5-12 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Specific knowledge of integration tools such as FDMEE, Data Management or ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), DRM.
- Good knowledge of PCMCS, Management Reporting, Financial Reporting, EPMAgent, EPRCS, FDM & Groovy.
- Experience with automation scripts using EPM Automate, Bat files and Powershell scripting.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView
- Working experience on Ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira.
- Flexible to work in Fixed EST/CST time zone projects (5.00 PM – 2.00 AM IST).
- Flexible to be available on 4 -8 weekends days over the quarter for CPS and 24*7 support.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial process and functional processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Flexible to support client over weekends and Indian Holidays for critical period support/monitoring.
- Huron requires a bachelor’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
