Oracle Enterprise Analytics Senior Consultant

Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Enterprise Analytics Senior Consultant, you'll design, implement, and support enterprise analytics and data warehousing solutions using Oracle technologies. Working closely with clients and project teams, you'll transform business requirements into actionable insights through Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).

You'll play a key role in helping organizations leverage data-driven decision-making by delivering scalable analytics solutions, insightful reporting, and modern cloud-based data platforms. As part of Alithya's Smart Shore team, you'll collaborate with global stakeholders while contributing to successful Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives.

Your day-to-day

• Create compelling data visualizations that enable clients to gain valuable business insights;

• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making;

• Design and implement enterprise analytics and data warehouse solutions that efficiently store, manage, and deliver data for reporting and analytical purposes;

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather analytical requirements and develop solutions that address business needs;

• Configure, extend, and optimize Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) to deliver meaningful business insights;

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) environments to meet enterprise data management and reporting requirements;

• Configure and implement Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions, including dashboards, visualizations, and reporting frameworks;

• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and analytical structures that support scalable reporting and analytics capabilities;

• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data models, technical specifications, and best practices;

• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of Oracle analytics solutions;

• Participate in all phases of project delivery, from requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, and go-live support;

• Support and mentor junior consultants by sharing knowledge, best practices, and technical guidance.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or a related field;

• 3+ years of experience delivering analytics and data warehousing solutions with a focus on Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW);

• Experience participating in full project life cycles, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support;

• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud technologies;

• Strong understanding of financial analytics, reporting, and business intelligence concepts;

• Proficiency in SQL development, data modeling, and ETL processes;

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Services;

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and project stakeholders;

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills in a dynamic consulting environment;

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience delivering enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions within Oracle Cloud environments;

• Experience with large-scale data warehouse implementations and reporting modernization initiatives;

• Experience extending and optimizing Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) subject areas and analytics models;

• Exposure to executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions;

• Consulting experience within oracle, systems integrators, or global delivery environments.
