Job Summary:
The Senior Technical Lead will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 applications. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and experience in leading technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and development of Oracle EBS R12 solutions.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Mentor and guide technical team members on best practices and standards.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development guidelines.
- Manage technical project timelines and deliverables.
- Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 development.
- Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
- Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF) expertise.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
