Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle R12 & 11i ERP Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all Oracle R12 & 11i ERP Finance Accounts Payable sub module with knowledge on other EBS Finance modules and a strong background in application development, deployment and production support processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding and experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules (Accounts Payable, Cash Management).

Application Support: Provide Production support for Oracle Finance AP module. Identifying and resolving complex issues while providing support to end users on Oracle EBS applications. Provide support for third-party interfaces and ensure data integrity.

Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle EBS Finance AP module. Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.

User support: Providing technical support to end users on Oracle EBS applications, addressing queries and resolving issues.

Training: Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS Finance AP module.

Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a knowledge base for easy access to information.

Collaboration: Collaborating with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application management.

Data Analysis: Develop simple to medium complexity SQL scripts to extract ERP data for analysis.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in application performance, processes, and user experience. Participate in the development and implementation of new enhancements.

Business Requirements Analysis: Understanding client's business processes and identifying areas for improvement using Oracle EBS Finance AP module. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

Module Configuration: Configuring and customizing Oracle EBS Finance modules with focus on Accounts Payables.

Data Migration: Develop Source to Target ERP mapping from or to Oracle EBS Finance AP module.

Mentoring: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related degree.

5+ years of experience working with Oracle 11i and R12 ERP application with focus on EBS Financials Accounts Payable module.

Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Strong understanding of modules like Accounts Payables, Cash Management and General Ledgers. Familiarity with supply chain management business processes and industry best practices.

Proficient in Business requirement analysis, Gap identification, Solution proposals and Design development.

Understanding of Oracle EBS functional architecture.

Understanding of other Oracle EBS modules (Order Management, Procurement etc).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with functional teams and business users.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certification on Oracle Financial Management / Payables (preference to Oracle R12 or 11i versions).

Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Finance implementations is a plus.

Experienced with SDLC/Agile methodologies and project management tools.
